St. Pauli quarter, a wine-grower
harvests grapes on Hamburg’s
only vineyard. The 2000 vintage
yields 250 kg of grapes at
80 Öchsle sugar-content, which
is good for about 200 litres of
‘Hamburger Stintfang’ belonging
to the City Parliament.
