The buildings are located on
an island in the Isar river.
 
>> For several reasons this shot
proved unexpectedly difficult
to arrange, therefore I had no
chance to repeat it with a more
dramatic sky.
     I wanted to shoot at dusk,
and I wanted it to be spring,
with light green foliage on the
trees. That meant I had to be
atop the tower four hours after
the museum closes, at a time
when the alarm system is
activated. Besides, the tower
was actually unsafe and closed
for renovation.
